For the Love of God, Please Just Go Watch Atypical on Netflix!

This is a series that is without question binge worthy. It has been a while since I have fell head over-heels in love with a show and its supporting characters and giggled and laughed like a giddy school girl. There is only eight episodes and honestly I am sad about that because it really left me wanting more. The show is about a teenage boy Sam who is autistic and his very supportive family. They all have their flaws but they pull it together whenever he needs them. The family has their ups and downs as each character suffers or struggles with a relationship. Relationship is the main theme of the show whether it is romantic, friendship, family, or forbidden. This show is heart warming, hilarious, and intelligent. I love the writing, the casting, and the amazing level of acting. It has a great mix of comedy and drama. Nice work Robia Rashid! So put on a pair of Vans and go add Atypical to your Netflix queue right now! Here is the link>>>>>>> https://www.netflix.com/title/80117540
For the Love of God, Please Just Go Watch,
The End of the F***ing World!

This dark comedy focuses on two tortured teenagers who hate their very existence until they find one another. The boy James is a teenage boy who has to endure the corny upbringing of his single father all while James struggles with homicidal tendencies. Alyssa is an angry anti-social teenager who has a pervy stepdad that brings out the worst in her. James and Alyssa make a very painfully awkward couple but their romance has a very comedic element to it. This Netflix series has a Dexter meets Freaks and Geeks vibe to it but set in England. James and Alyssa are not likable at first but they will grow on you. It has some serious twists and turns that will keep you entertained for all eight episodes. Definitely worth watching; now go, I command you!

For the Love of God, Please Just Go Watch I Don't Feel at Home in this World Anymore!

This film kept popping up in my suggestions for seriously like a month, and finally I caved and I am not sorry. If you love cult classic films this one has the recipe to stimulate your palate. It has a Big Lebowski vibe to it, and by that I mean the story takes turns that are unexpected, the characters are quirky, there is danger mixed with drama, and just a pinch of comedy. It starts out with a woman named Ruth who is a good person and she is surrounded by a world of self-centered people. To make matters worse, she is having a bad day which turns into a bad week. After a break-in to her home and no help from the police, she takes matters into her own hands. She teams up with a neighbor who is packing ninja stars and things get crazy! It stars Melanie Lynskey who is so delightful and the very hilarious but amazing actor Elijah Wood. This is a great film that I could watch again and again. Go check it out on Netflix, or at the very least add this one to your queue! Here is the link>>>>>>>>https://www.netflix.com/title/80100937
For the Love of God, Please Just Go Watch Before I Wake!

This isn't your typical horror movie or jump scare. No, this film has a lot more to offer. It got horrible reviews but I'm not sure that whomever watched it stayed through to the end. It is a tragic tale of a little boy who is in foster care and time and time again he is left unwanted. He finds himself in the care of a couple who lost their eight-year-old son to a tragic bathtub mishap; this mishap does not make sense to me but it is my only qualm with the film. Anywho, some amazing events begin to take place once the boy settles in at his new home and the couple tries their best to love and understand the boy. There is a strange experience that occurs to the couple one night which seemingly feels therapeutic but then it is taken too far by Jessie, played by Kate Bosworth. Jessie develops a sick obsession and a frightening discovery is made by the couple. The dream of a normal life is ruined. It has a dark twist that leads to the light at the end of the tunnel and though this movie is such a downer it ends on a very high note. It surprised me in a good way and I feel that it was very well written. Good job on this one Mike Flanagan! Here's the link>>>>>>>>>https://www.netflix.com/title/80002667
For the Love of God, Please Just Go Watch the Turbo Kid!

If you love movies like Napoleon Dynamite and Kung Fury; this is your film. It's streaming on Netflix right now and it's only an hour and thirty-five minutes of your life. The story and dialogue are cleverly written and the acting is golden globe worthy. It's a fun movie to watch and any child of the eighties or millennial could easily bond over it. The movie is set in a post-apocalyptic world that is ruled by an evil biker gang and our hero is a young man who emulates a hero of his own and finds a very interesting friend along the way. So check it out you won't be sorry! Here's the link>>>>>>>https://www.netflix.com/title/80052497
